For Tue, 11/25: Finish Map of Colonization Contracts
1. Finish color-coding the map of Colonization Contracts by year.
2. Make a key showing the color for each year.
3. Then analyze what you see. Tell why certain areas were chosen earlier than others.
4. List reasons why Austin chose the area he did for his first colony.

At Maco's request, here are the empresario grants as we grouped them in chronological order today in class. I also emailed them to you via Gaggle. You don't have to use these exact colors. Do, though, use light colors or color lightly with map pencils.
